One formed theoretically in the year of 1991, but it was not until 1993 in which the group, after some changes, truely began to work with Erick Alava (Vocals and Guitar), Johnny Reyes (Guitar), Xavier Muņoz (Bass) and Jimmy Naranjo (Drums), being centered in a Thrash-Death style and with social lyrics, futurist and apocalyptic they begin to attack.
Having an endless number of presentations such as: Rock Antidrug, Rock by La Paz, Coliseo de Milagro, Latin Palace, etc. They manage to share scene with great amount of national bands.
For half-full of 1996 they are invited so that they touch next to "DISEMBURIED" one of the most representative bands of the Panamanian scene at that time, that was on leave by our country.
After that the band moves away of the scenes by a long period, originated by the lack of time, product of its personal occupations, which enormously affects the permanent contact with the scene underground.
They spent several months and many got to think that the group had dissolved, but were working intensely and preparing what would be its first work.
He is so February of 1997 they enter to record what would be its first demo covers titleholder "Anunciantes del Final" recorded in Zodiaco Record and remasterized in Ņato´s Studios. Independent production that consists of 9 themes (45 minutes of duration), being obtained a released of 500 copies that circulated widely at national level, this production also was sent in format of CD with a released of 100 copies, being this one the pioneering band in sending demo in compact disk format in Ecuador.
Having this material under the arm Productions receive the invitation of BRUTALIDAD TOTAL and of INFORMAL MANAGEMENT, organizers of the concert of the 8 of March of 1997, next to the Colombian group BLACK ANGEL that came promoting its CD "GUILLEN BARRE" and in where the group managed to eet again itself with the tables and their public.

The New Alignment...
After that concert, Jimmy Naranjo (Drums), is replaced by Roberto Portilla who from September of the 97 officially located his position in a concert organized by B.T.
In October of the ' 97 Xavier Muņoz (Bass) has an accident and quickly is replaced by Frankie Alava that makes debut the 1 of November of the ' 97 in the concert denominated "By a world without racial discrimination".
With this alignment they continue with a series of presentations of local character that maintains assets to them and in where they demonstrate greater aggressiveness in its subjects with the inclusion of the double big drum.
For June of the ' 98 the American group "MASTER" was on leave by our country following a tour that they gave by countries of the north and South America, which was coordinated and organized by STEEL MAGAZINE in Ecuador, that invites to the group PROFECIA to comprise of the presentation in Guayaquil the 26 of June of 1998.
This presentation causes that the band is motivated and works in which it would be his second material. July of the ' 99 they enter the AUDIOMASTER study and shape what would be its new work in format cassette denominated "... HACIA EL ARMAGEDON " constituted by 10 themes of death and deep Thrash-Death that mark a great difference as far as their first work. Fast and forceful songs, accompanied by a rotten and heartrendering voice.
"the Regressive Account Towards the Armagedon", "World without Law", "Is written", "Innocent Weeping"... they are part of this new material distributed and promoted by BRUTALIDAD TOTAL inside and outside the country.
Saturday 14 of August of 1999 in Guayaquil they officially send kct "... Hacia el Armagedon ", next to band LIGNUM CRUSIS and obtain several presentations in the later thing.
The band at the moment is conformed by:

From PROFECIA he came there giving to important concerts, doing a mini-tour that included the cities of Cuenca, Riobamba, and Guayaquil, in where it appeared gracefully and the public supported untiringly at any moment, closing that year of concerts with the "ATAHUALPA ROCK", next to Nausea, organized by BRUTALIDAD TOTAL.
Already for the 2000, new proposals came from concerts for the band, receive the SPECTRUM invitation PRODUCTIONS, to comprise of mega concert denominated "METAL ATTACK", nothing less than in the Theater Civic Center, obtaining a total plenty.
Saturday 19 of August of the 2000, PROFECIA comprised of a majestic concert along with famous Mexican band "TRANSMETAL" in the city of Cuenca, later marched past great events like "Milagro Rock 2000", "Rock without Genre" Rock in Duran ", among others, closing that year with "METAL CHRISTMAS" making a spectacular show with decorated scene and to the "Death" taking a walk with the compass of music, concert that was catalogued like the best one of the year and in which PROFECIA had the honor to close and simultaneously being in a well-known local radio like the best one live band of Ecuador in 2000 and deserving the recognition of several average ones like the excellent band of the same year, being the most active group and than in more concerts participated in the course of the 2000, many of them being PROFECIA the central band of events. In the 2001 either has offered good concerts like "Playas 2001", "Atahualpa Rock II" and the "I Festival of Summer", as well as in Pasaje, and or has sent two new subjects of its next work, third, which take by name "The 7 Horror Seals ", "the 7 new ones Plagues ", "VII times VII", "Dragoon of 7 heads", among others, disc that the light in the middle of the 2002 will see.
The band was the host of concert "ROCKO FESTIVAL" with the launching of the magazine Rocko Comic's # 2 , having a skillful presentation, and being left that concert like the best one of year 2001 in a national daily well-known and also in one local radio, at the beginning of the 2002 sent a Split Kct with the Argentine band Zoofilia , with the name "Rompiendo el Silencio" , in where both both expose 5 of their hymns and that a great welcome has had..., later the band do a minitour that included understood the cities of Santo Domingo and Quito, where the acceptance of the public he was brutal, at the moment it is being finished recording what third work that will take by name "VII times VII", in format will be his completely professional CD.
